Want to provide a long-lasting home for a local family? Come join fellow Penn alumni in building a house for a family in need. Habitat's unique model of homeownership has proven to be a highly successful program assisting lower-income households to purchase a home.
A key factor in Habitat's ability to achieve this level of affordability is by building the units almost exclusively with volunteer labor, and you can be one of the volunteers!
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A MAXIMUM OF 10 VOLUNTEERS (plus we’ll keep a waitlist of 5 people)-so SIGN UP NOW to hold yourspot.
No construction experience is required, and all necessary instructions and safety training will be provided by the Morris Habitat for Humanity staff.
All volunteers must be a least 16 years of age to participate.
