Join fellow University of Pennsylvania Club of Metro NJ alumni, family, and friends for a morning of community service at Teaneck Creek Conservancy (TCC) on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 20 Puffin Way, Teaneck, NJ 07666 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Volunteers will help beautify the conservancy by cleaning, stenciling, and painting river stones and performing minor weeding in the peace labyrinth. The Peace Labyrinth is a tranquil outdoor sanctuary surrounded by native plants, offering a welcoming space for reflection, creativity, and community activities (e.g., yoga, music, storytelling, and small group discussions).
Children are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. All participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating.
Registration is limited to 20 participants, so early registration is encouraged.
There is no charge to attend. Opportunities to donate to the Conservancy will be available the day of the event.
Bagels, coffee, and water will be provided. Please note that restroom availability cannot be guaranteed.
