Private, Curated Walking Tours of
NYC Art Galleries in Tribeca and Upper East Side

Join other Penn Club of NJ members for an engaging walking tour of some of the best current shows in Tribeca or the Upper East Side. Founder of Look@NYArt, Efren Olivares (Wh '88) will guide you on an expertly-planned, 2-hour tour of six to eight galleries. You will look and discuss painting, sculpture, photography, video, installation art and more. You will enjoy conversations about art with other Penn Club members - whether you are an advanced art lover or a beginner.

The tours involve reasonable walking distances within Tribeca and the Upper East Side. Specific meeting location will be sent to registrants a week prior to the tour.

About Efren Olivares
After a successful 20-year career in pharmaceutical marketing at Pfizer, Baxter and Lilly, and having been a Wharton undergrad (’88), Efren returned to school, reconnecting with the passion he had felt during his Penn Art History classes. He obtained a Master of Art in Modern and Contemporary Art from Christie's Education. After working briefly at the auction house and a Chelsea gallery, Efren formed Look@NYArt and regularly takes groups on NYC gallery and museum tours and offers Zoom-based art lectures.
